This installation/performance is about the fine line between art and design. I worked with Finnish design object, Arabia's TEEMA mug. I made a mold from the mug and re-produced it from clay. I didn't fire the clay so it will break easily and cant be used. I spray painted the mug's to give more porcelain look.
I wanted to use lot of colors and just experiment what would happen if I just let the water with pigments break the mug's and make a painting in the fabric. In this work important themes are Colors, coincidence, proses and experimenting. Finding a ways to transforme a designed object to a piece of art.
